News Bites: Asian safety day

A POLICE and Asian community safety day will be held this month at the Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Temple, Stancombe Rd. The expo runs 10am-3pm on Saturday September 27 to promote safety and understanding in the Asian community. It’s being organised by Counties Manukau Police in conjunction with the Asian Council of Reducing Crime (ACRC). The Greenmount East Tamaki Business Association (GETBA) will be there to promote neighbourhood support.
