Reprinting material from the Neighbourhood Support website

You may have noticed that a copyright message has been added to the
bottom of pages on this website. The Neighbourhood Support logo, housing
images, and other material on the website is copyright to Neighbourhood
Support New Zealand Incorporated.

The reason for adding the copyright message is not to stop people from
copying material for their own use or for distributing amongst their
Neighbourhood Support Group because this is the aim of the site.

The reason for the copyright message is that some publishers have taken
material from the website for publication without first seeking permission.
It is quite obvious when this happens, says National Development
Co-ordinator Yvonne Palmer, because the logo looks like a poor quality
copy. The logo on the website is designed for the computer screen but a
much sharper image can be made available for printed publications.

Yvonne also said that if people contact her she may be able to assist in
other ways, such as providing printed material and local Neighbourhood
Support contacts.
