Neighbourhood Support Television Campaign

Neighbourhood Support will feature in a television commercial in March, thanks to the generosity of the TVNZ Community Support Foundation which has provided Neighbourhood Support with the airtime.

The television commercial was produced in Auckland by True Colours Television and with assistance from the Police. It features children talking about the meaning of community and the value of Neighbourhood Support.

Neighbourhood Support Chairperson, Ingrid Stonhill, said the idea behind using children was that they can give a clear message to a nationwide audience about how establishing relationships can lead to improved confidence and safety within their neighbourhood.
